很闷呢。。。

结果把时间都花在打fanfic和写些有的没的东西上。几个星期前，我还顺便排了下学期的课表。

如果公司里的电脑有Photoshop，我肯定会把我的tablet拿来画稿。

就连年底的角色扮演的东西都让我弄好了约四成了。如果我想的话，在开学前都能把全部东西作完吧？哦，鞋子。。。我竟然在上班的路上看到纳米涅（Namine)的鞋子! 后面的带子是一模一样的！这让我很想试试自己做一双出来。。。

啊，索拉（Sora)的鞋。。。还没做那个模型来试图形呢。。。

星期四还动笔画了玛露施亚 （Marluxia) - 那个人人都说应该做变性手术的十三组织成员。对，就那么没事做。我已经看到有人拿东西要来丢我了。。。。。。


翻译注解1：Marluxia 在日语念为 Ma-rusha。但如果看英文的话，很奇怪是不？我觉得是日语里的shi和a念在一起的缩音，因为把shi和a念出来，是满奇怪的。此名以片假名来写，所以以念法为先。Namine 就不用解释了。我只是奇怪为什么她的名字到了英文会有个重音的符号？其实我蛮想把 Sora 翻成空，因为那是他名字的本意 （我觉得他本人也有点迟钝，像英文里所说的 space out。)，可是他的名是用片假名来写的。

翻译注解2：为什么不是十三集团或十三机构？因为我认为他们的人数还不足以成为机构；集团听起来很奇怪，所以用组织。

Been doing cosplay related stuff during my week long holiday. Lost my phone too and I still have no idea how I lost it. Somehow along the way to Sora's house. So now I got a new phone (not really new since it's my father's old phone but now it's a lot easier to type caps in smses ) and number. Deactivated that number and transferred balance. Money was not touched at all. :/

I'm so crazy about Kingdom Hearts nowadays. Ha. New obssession. Probably only Yu Gi Oh could match it. I am like even doing a fanfic on it and it's already gone out of hand with the first chapter's page count at 10. I just hope Geraldine would restraint it and not let me go too wild. Doing fanart is one thing. Writing it is another thing together because for this fic, I am rewriting a good lot of stuff. TT.TT Speaking of which, Muse Bunny invited me a week back to join their community on fanfiction.net. Did they checked that I haven't loaded any new chapters for like 4 years? My presence there is like a speck of sand.

Been playing Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for these few days. The dialogue is quite hilarious, seeing how Roxas always go ....... when other members talk to him during missions in the beginning. When Roxas heard that Castle Oblivion was destroyed, he kept asking about that with his mission partners. XDDD Roxas talks a lot more with Axel, and is also more expressive.   

And as I continue playing, I discovered that I need to rewrite certain parts of the fanfic. :(

The stuff we were having at Sakae Sushi in celebration of Cherry's birthday and end of exams like 1 1/2 months back? My first in two years. Tea Time special. We went to watch 17 Again after that because Zac Efron is Cherry's favourite.

I am overpaid. I think.

Because I don't really do much as an admin officer.

I have more than enough time to write my fanfic and plan cosplay stuff.

I just need my tablet here to continue painting that MS paint chibi Roxas. And maybe figuring out the design for the school's logo.

I did like 10 over spreadsheets already, in Works and saving as Excel; digitalising contact details and receipt books. I organised the papers and everything into the respective files already. Scheduling is done. Allocation of room is easily done because currently there are more rooms than teachers.

Hm.

I think I will only get more busy when the new courses start and I have to collect fees. I finished all the receipt books within 1 afternoon, typing my fanfic along too. Same goes for student contact except the fanfic part because I didn't start writing properly yet. -____- ''''''''''''' Either I am a fast reader or it's like that. I heard from Maya that she got lots of things to do.....

Hm.

Cannot start on my kingdom key until I get wood from Geraldine. And she's having problems herself.

Sigh.

I really want to finish my cosplay stuff like before school starts. So that my school work will not be affected and I have time to help Geraldine. She got 3 keyblades to make and 1 of them is like damn tall, even taller than herself. And every one of them got very irritating details. I got annoyed drawing them already.

Sigh.

Nobody really started anything yet. I'm like rushing and pushing everyone. I don't think that's a very good thing to do to the rest. But I dislike last minute rushing. When school reopens, Shengyi will be too chui because she's in animation. Geraldine will be busy juggling school work and finishing keyblades. I will be trying to adapt to working in visual communications, which I chosen to stay instead of switching to  animation due to wider scope of work available after graduation. Ya,I know I'm being bloody practical. This is Singapore after all. I'll go study animation after I land a job and clear my tuition loan.
 
My boss just said it's good that I have nothing to do. I told him that I'm getting paid to do stuff. Not to misuse the laptop to type my own stuff. Like this one.

Now for more recent news: I went out with Jing Ting and Geraldine yesterday to loot Salvation Army for giant zips.

Jing Ting and I overestimated the time needed to get to Potong Pasir. I thought the bus might be a bit slow and I even stopped one stop early...... Jing Ting thought NE line was the same as NS line - rough 5 mins to reach each station. She reached in 8 mins from Dhoby Gaut.

So we went to the nearby coffeeshop for her to get food while waiting for Geraldine.

Later, we grabbed a bus to Salvation Army. And ended up stopping one stop early because of me. :/

1st floor was electronics and furniture.

2nd floor was all the rest.

We saw a purple gay boot which I though was good for Anti Form Sora. The shape is also there too! It costs like $40 though. O.O I think use that money to completely craft one is better. Gigantic polar bear, Shiba ( I had a smaller version at home. :)), Pikachu and 1 big teddy bear which decided to drop off the cupboard. I put it back up and tilted it. I thought the head was too heavy for the body. It's very hugh.  

Didn't find giant zips. But Jing Ting got herself a nice roll of wrapping paper. We saw wedding dresses, stacks of furniture and even gigantic oversized Pikachu. O.O

Then we went to PS for fabric. Paid for the fabric and gave to Jing Ting. Also applied for card too, seeing that I might need to buy stuff in future. We went rummaging in Daiso too. I bought the corkboard so that I can pin cosplay stuff and deadlines on it. When school starts, I will pin assignment deadlines on it. XDDD However the pin was still too long and if I push all the way in, it will come out from the other side. Maybe I should take out my leftover foam board and stick another layer behind.

We had tea at Secret Recipe. Jing Ting got Lemon Cheesecake, Geraldine had Chocolate Indulgence and I tried Royal Chocolate.



The chocolate was sinful. XDDD I think they should try the ones sold near my house, from Pine Garden.

I love my Jap grades.... I thought I screwed a couple of written questions, done super bad for the listening and the oral was so scary.......

The rest were the same as last semester.

I can't overload for next semester............. oh dear.......

I have slacked for about 20 days already since my last exams, which is really nothing to be proud of. I need to get a proper job.  : /

I finished drawing 4 keyblades ( without the keychains because I forgot), which I consider a great achievement. Pity that SG cosplay competition don't have craft section. 

I started drawing Akuroku stuff. Maya got shocked. Geraldine was rather pleased. I don't know about the rest of you. Wait til I load that one up dA and maybe do prints.

Currently, Akuroku is the only yaoi pairing that I can accept. : \

" It was working fine until last week where the cursor just froze on the screen. I ran through the diagnostics test and only the screen cursor test failed. I have installed the newest driver for the tablet. But the problem still persists.

There's a strange way to get around to the problem. When I point my stylus at the bottom right hand corner of the tablet, the cursor unfreezes and I can use it as per normal. Then it freezes and the process repeats."  

Went to get my tablet checked in the morning. Turned out that something in the pen broke. But the guy didn't know what broke. So he gave me a new pen. It was free because it was covered under warranty. : / Hm. 

After that, I met Geraldine at Paya Lebar and the two of us got high in KH crack. Wished Faustine was there too. These two would be like damn high. Haha. We went to look for shoes at City Plaza and saw a lot of lovely boots. I would love to get a pair.

I saw Chung Cheng juniors. The school badge is now sewn onto the uniform and it's big!!!! O.O I was horrified. It looked pretty distasteful. Please bring back the school badge.

Wish me luck for job interview tomorrow.

Sora's post is a little late but we appreciate the goodwill behind it. :)

Let's see; I have a few things to confirm and say.

1) Weapons drawings

I'll starting to draw the drawings for which the wood cutting will be based on. Most weapons are symmetry and some are not, which will take me longer to do (you know who you are). The people in the latter group have to send me pictures as soon as possible to avoid delay. Please check your weapon to see what I have to say about it.

- Ultima (Sora, please give height and length, because I have to do scaling. Wish me luck doing this. T.T)
- Kingdom Key (Sora, what method are you following? Because I realise that this one don't really need drawing.)
- Oblivion (Settled as of last night but will discuss modifications to the thin parts.)
- Oathkeeper (same as above)
- The Way to the Dawn (Riku, are you making this or buying/commission? If you making and need drawing, please send height, length and what method you are following)
- Kairi's keyblade [someone please give it a name...] (Kairi, please send in your reference pictures or else I go storm your room next week.)
- Axel's Chakrams (Axel, see The Way of the Dawn. But I think your weapons is a class by themselves and follow a very different method from the rest.)

The charms at the end of keychains: Do we come to a consensus and do about the same size? I'm just asking.

Inspection: Probably around Sept. I need to see your progress to check details.

2) Wig orders (Kairi can go away because she's using her own hair, unless she's helping to style)

Okay, apparently Sochii hasn't open up new order (Maybe she's scared ppl flood her for Cosfest?). I will send a mail to Decadence, the wig seller I used last time and see what she can offer i.e. styling and thickening. IF someone has contacts, please send them to me. We have to explore whatever options there is. Please send me pictures of your characters' hair or I will do my own drawings and send them to her (because there's too many screenshots for me to shift through).Make sure you send me the pictures you are confirmed to be used for reference in styling and such. Include length.

>Axel (following video or gameplay?)
>Riku (I need the side (if you can find it) and back.)
>Sora (See above.)
>Roxas (see Axel. There's a great difference between official art, gameplay and video.T.T)

Use measuring tape and measure to the desired length. People who needs styling.......don't leave length first. Just measure to the longest spike or something. There's a tutorial for Roxas' wig and youtube tutorial for Sora's wig. I haven't find any satisfactory ones for Axel. SO if anyone stumbles upon one, I will be very grateful. I think Riku is just plain layering so correct me if I'm wrong.

Head for wig: neccessary for people who need to style, cut and hair spray. If you have extra cash, you can buy the one from ArtFriend. I personally would prefer to make one because you can do it to your head size. DO NOT make entirely from hard materials (like clay because I will kill you) because the wig will not be able to be pin onto it. So think of foam and paper marche and soemthing hard for the bottom so that the head doesn't topple. Please start making when you have time.

Wig styling: Hm... I would prefer to talk about this more when we have already ordered. At this point of time, I think actual styling will be either August or Nov. Reason being August is the start of my new school year and there's no assignment yet; November should be very close to AFA and I would have finished my exams. Nov will be rushed, Aug will be very early. UNLESS, someone have contacts with people who can style wigs then I will gladly hand this portion to him/her.

One whole day devote to one character's hair.

All right?Spiky hair ppl might get 1 1/2 or 2 days. T.T

Hairspray/ Gel/ Creams: A must for spiky hair people. Save up money for this. I am still researching on what kinds can be used on wigs. I think between Axel, Roxas and Sora we need maybe 6 bottles of hairspray.

3) AFA 2009 & EOY 2009
According to a post in SGCafe, it's on 21 -22 November 2009. They have registered domain but have not put up content. If the new EOY team preserve the old dates, this means the two events will be within 2/3 weeks of one another.

EOY 2009 hasn't announced date yet but its theme is The Stage for Talent (:/ Yes, I am skeptical). And if they have illustration competition, I will join. http://www.theeoy.com/

4) Namine's sandals

I need help from everyone to help me lookout for sandals. Her sandals look like this:

Her straps are not the usual kind. I actually found the high heel version ( the heel is like 4 inches) and the sole is hard, which means I cannot flatten them into sandals. If really cannot find, I will modify from other sandals but I cannot guarantee the effect. For now, I would like to find the same type first before making.
Light colours please. White would be best. Thanks very much.

5) Problems?

If anyone of you have problems doing,making or finding stuff, POST HERE. I believe we are all concerned over everyone's current situation. We are supposed to help one another. That's what a team is for. DON'T MIA. Unless you have a very good reason too (like exams or Final Projects). Or else the rest of the team will take out weapons and trash the said person.

6) Recruitment

On this issue, I have talked with Kairi a bit. Because we are now 'underground', recruitment is hard. We don't really need more members but if they are committed and willing to give the best, I personally welcome them to join. This is just my point of view.

7) Photoshoot/MV and scout locations

This is NOT under me. But maybe we can lookout for possible locations. Prod Kairi when you find one because she's I/C for that.
8) Costumes (I think we need a separate I/C for this because too much for detail spotter)

With the lack of good tailors around, we are most probably tailoring ourselves. So tailor finding and fabric hunting......

Fabric Hunting: I heard Kairi and Sora found something for Sora's clothes. I need to go and hunt for my own fabric too. I don't know about the rest but what's yr tailoring plans? If need to hunt fabric, we find one day to go?

Tailoring:For Sora, still waiting for Sochii's reply. Jing Ting says she don't think she's taking Sora's clothes but will reconsider when I'm done breaking down it properly. For Riku, her fee is $100 plus the fabric cost. Jacket most probably use drill. She's taking me to see the fabric. Riku or someone wants to come along? If agreeable, then she will arrange for measurements and pattern making and what else.Kairi is doing sewing herselves. I'm asking Jing Ting about the technicalitiy of my dress (Apparently the scalloping is problematic). She said might rope in her friend to help with the tailoring. Roxas is asking her own tailor. What about Axel? :/

Shoes: Roxas, Sora, Kairi and Riku are making or modifying shoes. I'm trying to buy then modify. Axel? I think your shoes are knee high boots or something? There's some kind of white pattern at the top.

Been MIA for so long on this blog. Ha.

Exams have officially finished for me since last night. :) Had Pepper Lunch (very filling and expensive) with classmates as celebration.

Foundation Year is over! Can't wait to start Year 2.

Semester 2 seems a little boring to me in the last part. I think it's probably because I didn't rest properly in the Dec (SMU fashion)and Mar (Calendar illustration) holidays. The fatigue carried on to the exam period too. I get home at night, switch on the typing computer (it can only type, do ppt and read pdf) then feel too tired to revise.

Declinced MOE Teaching Internship because the pay is too little for me to survive Year 2.

I have been pulled by my friend (She's doing Kairi, KHII version) to do cosplay this year. Most likely appearing at AFA 09 to test and EOY 09 as the main event. Photoshoots and MVs are planned but they are not under me. I get Namine, who is Kairi's Nobody and has the ability to manipulate Sora's and his friends' memories. She draws lot but I cannot make heads or tails about her drawing ability. Her colour pencil works are brilliant but the crayon stuff is just ........... Check my dA in the next few weeks. I have copied a couple of drawings already from low resolution screenshots (because they were drawings on the wall of the white room).

So dear Kairi assigned me to be overall detail spotter (what kind of title is this?) and wig I/C (eh?). Sigh. Currently, I have to do scaling of the blades and drawing so that they can start making. Whoah. I feel stressed already. Haha. And I have plans to do KH 365/2 days merchandise.................................


What happens when you have classmates on your cosplay team:

WAH: Namine, 5 other ppl, Roxas, 1 person, Kairi

USS: Namine, 1 person, Roxas, 1 person, Kairi

Coincidentally we were all seated in the same row and order....... My first thought was luckily Sora, Riku and Axel weren't in same course or module or school as us........

Kinda late getting into KH obssession. Seriously, good story+good gameplay+good graphics is a very rare combination.

看过我DA的人应该知道了。 里头有我用假期做的PS档案， 而且没有存底！

然后上的课都让我觉得自己很挫败 （日文和基础绘画例外）。

我真的怀疑：把兴趣当成专攻来读真的是对的吗？

刚刚家里有个耍白痴的家伙还在那里说我不会听，以后做工被老板抄！只讲一遍就去冲凉，连等我确认在问什么都没有！Damn, 自己开摩托车开几十年， 还要我发电邮问为什么路税到期自己没收到通知信！自己每天开德士到处跑不可以自己去LTA问？而且在新明路而已！自己都不懂换过几个德士公司！

我真的很讨厌。

Something been bothering me for quite some time. It's about this blog.

Because judging from the tags, it seems that the number of people who do check on my blog is abysmal.

Nowadays, my DA gets more frequent updates than this place.

I learned how to direct my thoughts into the incessant stream of writings that I do from time to time but never really finish.

So what's this place for?

Ever since the new semester started, I applied for overloading (and finally gotten a Jap module), been trying extra hard for 4D (because we have a new instructor who said he don't really teach 4D as he is from interactive) and trying to maintain my A+ for foundation drawing.

It seems a bit much because I see more and more people slacking off and even skipping lessons like no business.

Due to staying up til 11 plus (I have 3 hours of traveling time on school days and I don't sleep on the trains) almost every night, it's hard for me to revert back to my old sleep time. 

I am using my own money ever since the start of last year. Because that damned bastard thinks I got enough money to cover everything from tuition fee to dinner money. He didn't even mention how the tuition fee is being paid. He even has the cheek to say he paid for all my education up til JC when Mum was the one who did that and I paid for my own examination fees. That bloody damn bastard.

I'm too tired to think about working part time. I am exhausted.

I had my first ever fashion show. Still collecting photos.

I had my first red and white wine. They both tasted horribly.

The weather is so horribly cold these few days. Thailand hit 15 degrees at one time. o.O

I really need to update my deviantart with more drawings. It overwhelmed with photos.
