这两个星期，诸多不顺。

我才用了半年的闪存储存器Yulonde莫名其妙的不见了！

看过我DA的人应该知道了。里头有我用假期做的PS档案，而且没有存底！

然后上的课都让我觉得自己很挫败（日文和基础绘画例外）。

我真的怀疑：把兴趣当成专攻来读真的是对的吗？

刚刚家里有个耍白痴的家伙还在那里说我不会听，以后做工被老板抄！只讲一遍就去冲凉，连等我确认在问什么都没有！Damn, 自己开摩托车开几十年，还要我发电邮问为什么路税到期自己没收到通知信！自己每天开德士到处跑不可以自己去LTA问？而且在新明路而已！自己都不懂换过几个德士公司！

我真的很讨厌。

Something been bothering me for quite some time. It's about this blog.

Because judging from the tags, it seems that the number of people who do check on my blog is abysmal.

Nowadays, my DA gets more frequent updates than this place.

I learned how to direct my thoughts into the incessant stream of writings that I do from time to time but never really finish.

So what's this place for?

Ever since the new semester started, I applied for overloading (and finally gotten a Jap module), been trying extra hard for 4D (because we have a new instructor who said he don't really teach 4D as he is from interactive) and trying to maintain my A+ for foundation drawing.

It seems a bit much because I see more and more people slacking off and even skipping lessons like no business.

Due to staying up til 11 plus (I have 3 hours of traveling time on school days and I don't sleep on the trains) almost every night, it's hard for me to revert back to my old sleep time.

I am using my own money ever since the start of last year. Because that damned bastard thinks I got enough money to cover everything from tuition fee to dinner money. He didn't even mention how the tuition fee is being paid. He even has the cheek to say he paid for all my education up til JC when Mum was the one who did that and I paid for my own examination fees. That bloody damn bastard.

I'm too tired to think about working part time. I am exhausted.

Final rehearsal.

Finished Qing's homework - I drew Qian and Tess into the page.

12 Jan

Qing said my work was very nice.

I had my first ever fashion show. Still collecting photos.

I had my first red and white wine. They both tasted horribly.

I was supposed to have my first Japanese lesson.

13 Jan

I went for a make up class for Japanese.

Too tired to listen to WAH tutorial.

14 Jan

Made a pheasant out of the junk for 3D. Head got knocked off due to accident.

15 Jan

2D lesson overshot.

16 Jan

Went with Jing Ting to hand in receipts.

The weather is so horribly cold these few days. Thailand hit 15 degrees at one time. o.O

I really need to update my deviantart with more drawings. It overwhelmed with photos.

Tomorrow is the start of semester 2!

There's a new instructor for 4D.

I'm having a new module called Understanding Singapore Society.

My timetable is still bad. I end school at 8 plus on Monday and Tuesday. I have nothing on Friday.

Popular Comic Competition extended its deadline to 31 Jan. I'm relining and doing more shading to my piece.

AFA 08

The long awaited AFA writeup. Sorely overdue.

I went on both days. 1st day was very crowded. Waited for 1 hour for the tickets. Saw D Grey man cosplayers. Saw a enlarged Timcampy.Bought Geraldine's ticket too.

Made a beeline to Graphite to pick up my entry. The people kept referring me to Collatal Damage and I got damned fed up with them. Finally, they located the guy who was in charge of the entries. Hell. Wasted 30 minutes just walking across the whole place 4 times. I didn't think very highly of the winning entries for Graphite and Mangaka except for one short manga piece and one character design entry. One of the winning pieces was definitely questionable: the main and sub characeters are not very clearly defined.

Went to see the Shonen Jump exhibition. Too little pieces, too little artists. Too many Dragonball manga pieces. Their work are damn clean. The markers totally ruled. How did they get the face colour so nicely blended?

They set up the display cases for figurines in front. Saw Death Note figures. Saw Faustine's junior Xiao Li Yuan with a group of girls in front of them.Ha.

Gundams!!!!

I think they have those representative ones from every era.

Centrepiece: Strike Freedom VS Destiny

I like the archer gundam.

Trophies from modelling compeitions.

Digivice from Digimon Data Squad. Costs $49.95. Can scan figurines.

They wanted to revive one digimon from the old series and held a questionaire. Argumon won.

The date bit version is very interesting.

Dragonball and One Piece Crossover. Goku looks cool. Luffy looks weird.

Power Rangers.

Gundam 00.

Someone was dressing himself as the same gundam. There was a crowd around him. Damn good construction.

Second day. A hell lot lesser people today.

Went to scrawl on the graffitti wall. Geraldine touched up. She added the sparkles.

Gundam in pink. Piloted by the main character, I think.

Saint Seiya Hades's armour. So nice!

Saw a very good Komui cosplayer. Looked very much like him.

Had lunch at Suntec's food court with Geraldine and her friend, accidentally following a group of cosplayers and their friends; Shippuden Sasuke ( the hair was badly done), one burly guy from Earl of Millenium's family and Allen Walker. Allen Walker ordered chicken rice.

I have a main project at hand that has prevented me from getting a holiday job - the SMU Art Festival 09 Fashion Show & Exhibition. Been doing designs and designs. All I need is for my scale down model to work and I can start making the big one.

四灵传：已完成第一篇的初稿。连括章图，总共18页。会不会有点少？通常第一篇章是二十多面，交待主要出场人物等等和主轴故事。

动笔写了小说版，和漫画稿同步。我觉得小说写得比较细腻，而且可以描写很多内心话。好想哭哦。。。。。。哪里有小说版比漫画好看的？

It's been a long time. I can't type Chinese in school so everything will be in English. I just gotten back my short fiction essay. A C+ High. (rolls eyes) Is that good considering the circumstances in which I wrote it? The poetry essay was a A- low. So I guess the average will be a nice mid range B. The exam is later at 1pm. 30 MCQs and 2 essays. 2.5 hours. :\ I still cannot see the link between literature and ADM. Honestly. I didn't win anything from Graphite 2008 and they didn't mail everyone on how to get their entries back. They updated it on their website, also announcing the addition of a 5th judge. I will get it when I go AFA 08 this Saturday and walk around with it because I am still suitably upset. Nolea and Zanelorn will come along because I am using the A3 plastic holder they are in to take Fiesta of Life home. My design/s got into SMU Art Festival 09 Fashion Design. I have no idea which design they chosen and I have the feeling that either it was desperate for entries or not many join the competition because there are only 10 designers (including me) present as of the 2nd meeting. If I didn't remember wrongly, there are 5 from Lasalle Fashion Design course, 1 from SMU Business, 1 graduated from TP having taken Apparel Design, 1 graduated from ACSI taking external dressmaking and fashion design course, and the two of us from NTU ADM. Jing Ting took fashion design at NAFA. The SMU guy and I are at a clear disadvantage when it comes to making. -_-'''''''''''' The only thing I am pleased is that my design was the most un-garment like out of the designs present, even the Lasalle people. The theme was Fashion is dead, Clothes are Alive. Lionel Raudaut, the festival director and Lasalle Design program leader, thought I was a full time illustrator because of my drawings. I need a holiday job with flexible hours if we are meeting up so frequently. Been doing colouring here and there and catching up my pages. The pages stand currently at 14, at the 1st gun shot scene. Need to do research on firearms. >,< I might actually finish drafting the 1st chapter of Si Ling Men this year. Wow.

Bad Week

This week was rather bad. Because my brother started his O Levels officially.

I got down with high fever on Thursday (37.7 the day before, 39.8 when I woke up, 38 when I finally got to see the doctor). The doctor said I must really rest and gave me 2 days of mc and not fit for any form of duty. I went to school anyway. University doesn't accept MCs and I need to get my 2D final project proposal pass through Michael. He let me presented first after lunch and told me to go home after that. I slept until 6 plus. The thermometer read 36.6. o.o Then I started my literature essay, trying to think through the damn headache and overshot by 112 words next morning (it supposed to be 900-1000 words). But the throbbing headache remains until today. Damn.

I am in my week long break now. :D

However, I got that Graphite entry to finish. :(

I only finished all linework this morning. The main character's skin is 80% done, and the hair is only 20% done. Sky is 30% done. And there's 3 minor characters at the back! And flowers!

Why did I have to go and do a spring festival??????????????? But a gloomy one doesn't go with colours of life which is the theme.

Qing said my charcoal drawings too light! o.O He only put up the last one which I tried to go darker. But I think it looked horrible. My lighter pieces could capture the tones better. Or maybe it's the change in paper. My charcoal (3rd piece and new) felt funny all day. There are suggestions to video me when I do charcoal work. -_- No way. It's damn weird to be named Charcoal Pencil Queen in Facebook already.

The first piece of charcoal was excellent. The second one broken into 3 pieces within minutes into using it.

We are starting pastels soon. I don't think it's oil pastels that he wants us to buy because he says it's $8.50. I think it's soft pastels. And pastels, like charcoals, are not my favourite medium.

Tomorrow will be a trip to Changi Airport. For fun and contemplation. And to catch up on work. :/
